How long does a project usually take?

Each project takes a different about of time,
depending on the complexity of the project. We
will talk you through the project timeline and
also highlight some common areas where
projects feel like they stall. During the whole
process the team is here, and ready to lend a
hand.

I have an concept in mind for my project, am I able to tell you what I want?

During the early stages of each project, we
undertake a questionnaire. This allows you a
chance to share your goals and vision for the
project, while allowing us to gather the
information we require.
During the creative process we often have the
designers do something tight to the brief, as
well as including something from their heart.

We do this because we discovered on a few of
our own projects we didn’t see the fullness of
what something could be, until we asked out
creatives to be fully creative without limitation.

guide you with simple step by step
instructions. Helping you test your limited,
step into uncharted ground and become
who you desire to be.

What does mentoring look like?

Self-study, exercises and other practical
applications will be provided to help create a
better skilled and more organize you be. These
tools are designed not only to assist with better
time management, but through healthy
boundaries setting new opportunities are
created to learn more about you and what you
uniquely bring to the world.

What is the difference between mentoring and coaching?

We look at mentoring and coaching in a slightly
different way. Mentoring is about you and
strengthening you. It may be related to
character, strategic thinking, confidence.
Whereas coaching is about imparting skills to
help you thrive in your business or church. The
areas we specialise in are hospitality, tech &
admin and generational ministries; although we
do have experience in other fields as well.
